Generic UI

The generic UI is intended as the base UI from which all other UI's are built from. The intention is for this to one day serve as the "whitelabel" solution when clients want to purchase a Kiosk without developing a branded interface.

Supplementary

We use sirv-cli to serve static versions of each UI when testing in dev. We chose this based on the npm trends at the time.
